RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Joy Dravecky Jewelry ( Blair & Gray LLC) gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery of your pieces.
All Sale items are final and are not eligible for an exchange or return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email email@example.com and include your name and order #. Once your return request has been assessed, we will issue an RAN (Return Authorization Number)
All returns and exchanges must arrive at Joy Dravecky Jewelry HQ in original packaging and unworn.
Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
Joy Dravecky Jewelry ( Blair & Gray LLC) offers repair services for items where possible. We are able to repair items within 3 months (30 days) of purchase.
If the item needs repairing due to misuse by the customer, a repair fee will be charged. Repair fees are calculated on a case by case basis.
To initiate a repair please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order # as well as photos and a description of the repair required. Once your repair request has been assessed, we will issue an RAN (Return Authorization Number)
