HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMELINES
During peak shopping seasons, such as Black Friday and the Christmas Season, order processing time can extend to 7 business days for the order to ship.

- In some circumstances, shipments might be delayed due to customs clearance, public holidays and for other reasons. Whilst we endeavor to deliver your pieces as quickly as possible, these delays are beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns or exchanges for purchases made at joydraveckyjewelry.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
All Sale items are final and are not eligible for an exchange or return.

All returns and exchanges must arrive at Joy Dravecky Jewelry HQ in original packaging and unworn.
Please note that a return label will be emailed to you and any refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
Joy Dravecky Jewelry ( Blair & Gray LLC) offers repair services for items where possible. We are able to repair items within 3 months (90 days) of purchase.
If the item needs repairing due to misuse by the customer, a repair fee will be charged. Repair fees are calculated on a case by case basis.
To initiate a repair please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order # as well as photos and a description of the repair required. Once your repair request has been assessed, we will issue an RAN (Return Authorization Number)
