Returns, Exchanges & Lifetime Guarantee
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Joy Dravecky Jewelry accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable. If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us under our lifetime guarantee below.

Please wait for authorization and follow the return instructions provided before sending your jewelry. Use the return address supplied with those instructions.
REFUNDS & RETURN SHIPPING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are deducted from the refund when applicable.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If you have checked with your provider and still need help, contact hello@joydraveckyjewelry.com.
GIFT RETURNS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, an approved return will receive gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the order was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, email hello@joydraveckyjewelry.com with your name, order number or purchase details, clear photos, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide next steps.
OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE
We stand behind our jewelry with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This coverage is separate from our 30-day return policy and 90-day repair service.

JEWELRY REPAIRS
We offer repair services where possible within 90 days of purchase. Repair availability depends on the piece and the work required. A fee applies to repairs needed because of misuse, with the amount determined case by case.

The 90-day repair window does not limit our lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS
For returns or exchanges of jewelry purchased through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly. Its individual return and exchange policies apply.
