ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Handmade pieces may take up to 5 business days to ship.

During high-volume periods, including Black Friday, Christmas, and major sale events, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Selecting a faster shipping method does not shorten processing time.

U.S. SHIPPING

• Free Ground Shipping: Orders of $100 or more; estimated transit time of 4–6 business days.
• Economy Shipping: $9.99 on orders under $100; estimated transit time of 4–6 business days.
• Priority Shipping: $14.99; estimated transit time of 2–4 business days.
• Express Shipping: $39.99. Available delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Available shipping methods and applicable rates are displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Standard International Shipping: $25.00; estimated transit time of 7–21 days, not guaranteed.
• Express International Shipping: $50.00. Available delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

International shipments may be delayed by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

DUTIES & TAXES

International duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. If these charges are refused and the shipment is returned, Joy Dravecky Jewelry reserves the right to deduct those costs from the refund.
